摘 要:针对飞机环境控制、燃油热管理和液压驱动系统对伺服阀可靠性、启闭角度可控性及耐环境要求,设计了一套两相混合式步进电机驱动伺服控制系统,介绍了高可靠反时限保护功率驱动、电流监控和输出回采电路设计。针对步进电机固有的低频振荡特性,通过电流比较确认,实施固定占空比脉宽调制(PWM),实现了电机电流的恒流控制。实验结果表明该伺服控制系统运行稳定、硬件可靠、软件灵活、低频振荡小、控制精度高。Aiming at the requirements of the aircraft environmental control,fuel thermal management and hydraulic drive sys tem for the reliability,opening and closing angle controllability and environmental resistance of the servo valve,a set of two-phase hybrid stepper motor driving servo control system is designed,including high-reliability inverse time protection power drive,current monitoring and output mining circuit design.In view of the inherent low-frequency oscillation characteristics of the stepper motor,the current comparison is confirmed,and the fixed duty cycle pulse width modulation(PWM)is implemented to realize the constant current control of the motor current.The experi mental results show that the servo control system is stable,reliable in hardware,flexible in software,small in low-frequency oscillation,and high in control accuracy.
