摘　　要：近年来,代孕问题日益严重,代孕行为的普遍发生和代孕需求飞速递增的态势使代孕逐渐成为一个棘手的社会问题,对社会安定和未成年人的健康成长产生了消极影响,急需严肃对待。基于此,本文选取从未成年人角度切入,分别从未成年人非法代孕的分类、社会因素、个人因素、未成年人代孕的危害等几个方面,初步归纳出未成年人实施非法代孕行为的基本成因,并以此为依据提出相应的预防对策,通过实施践行相应的预防对策,尽可能减少或尽量避免未成年人参与或从事非法代孕活动,从而肃清社会风气。In recent years,the problem of surrogacy has become more and more serious.The widespread occurrence of surrogacy and the rapidly increasing demand for surrogacy have gradually become a thorny social issue that urgently needs to be taken seriously,and has a negative impact on social stability and the healthy growth of minors.Based on this,this article selects from the perspective of minors,separates the classification of minors illegal surrogacy,social factors,personal factors,the harm of minor surrogacy,etc.,and preliminarily summarizes the behaviors of minors illegal surrogacy.Based on the basic causes,and put forward corresponding preventive countermeasures based on the association,through the implementation of corresponding preventive countermeasures,as far as possible to reduce or try to avoid minors participating in or engaging in illegal surrogacy activities,so as to eliminate the social atmosphere.
