拓展高校学生干部团队培训需求的策略探讨

摘　　要：根据厦门市某独立学院学生干部培训问卷调查结果,分析发现:班干部们普遍对自己的团队意识和沟通协调、组织分工、实施执行等能力不太满意,普遍缺乏学习主导者意识,同时对传统的讲授式培训方式普遍不认可,对团队拓展训练普遍期待。针对上述现象提出了采取拓展训练方式加大学生思想层和行为层的训练,以提高学生干部的综合素质,增强大学生思想政治教育效果。Based on the analysis of the results of the questionnaire for student leader training of an independent college in Xiamen»it is found that:the class leaders are largely not satisfied with their own team awareness and communication and coordination,organizational labor division as well as their executive ability,in lack of learning initiative awareness and not embracing the traditional way of teaching training,so as to largely expect the team outward bound.In view of the above phenomenon,the author puts forward the method of the outward bound to in crease the training of students ideological and behavioral level,so as to improve the comprehensive quality of student leaders and enhance the effect of ideological and political education for college students.
