摘　　要：普职分流改革背景下,地方本科院校将面临着重要转型,在职业高等教育中将承担更重要的作用。以内江师范学院"三分式"人才改革为契机,从班级管理、教学体系和第二课堂出发,探讨不同生源背景下的测绘工程"三分式"人才培养模式,并针对其不足提出改进措施,符合学生多元化发展的规律,提高了人才培养质量。Under the background of general vocational diversion reform,local undergraduate colleges will face important transformation and play a more important role in vocational higher education.Taking the tri-type talent reform of Neijiang Normal University as an opportunity,starting from class management,teaching system and the second classroom,this paper discusses the tri-type talent training model of surveying and mapping engineering under different student backgrounds,and puts forward improvement measures for its shortcomings,which is in line with the law of students’diversified development and improves the quality of talent training.
