摘　　要：针对作坊式门店个性化定制生产中存在的生产规模小、资源不足、生产过程不连续、计划多变等问题,本文结合小批量多品种生产的特点,提出一种新的工厂化定制生产模式.构建的小批量多品种产品工厂化定制生产架构平台由用户需求收集、生产管理和智能服务等三个子平台组成,可通过订单分类汇总、生产任务批次分组等过程,将小批量多品种订单转化为较大规模工厂化定制生产.最后以配镜为例,验证该模式的有效性和可行性.This paper proposes a new factory customization production mode to address the problems of small-scale production, insufficient resources, discontinuous production processes and variable planning in the personalized production for workshop-type shops. The platform is composed of three sub-platforms, including user demand collection, production management and intelligent service, which can transform small batch and multi-species orders into large scale customized production tasks through the process of order classification and batch grouping. Finally, the model is validated with the example of spectacles production.
