摘 要:为了快速有效地进行柴油机颗粒过滤器(DPF)故障辨识与预警,基于AVL-Boost软件对后处理系统关键部件进行了建模与故障仿真,研究了DPF单一故障和氧化催化器(DOC)与DPF复合故障的排气特性,并根据DPF故障时特征参数的变化,提出了基于数据融合的故障诊断策略。结果表明:单一故障下,DPF载体堵塞、破损均使得末端温度和压降明显变化;发生复合故障时,DPF压降主要受到自身状态的影响,入口温度与DPF故障无关,出口温度由上游DOC和DPF状态共同决定;可以选用DPF前后压差和温差的均方根值、裕度和峭度指标进行加权融合,得到故障诊断参数S作为诊断依据,并根据其值大小实现DPF不同故障的甄别。In order to meet the national VI or even more stringent emission regulations,the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of the key components of the diesel engine aftertreatment system are of great significance.Based on the AVL-Boost software,the key components of the aftertreatment system were modeled and failure mode was simulated.The exhaust characteristics of the DPF single fault and the DOC+DPF composite fault were studied.According to the variation the characteristic parameters of the DPF fault,the fault diagnosis strategy was proposed.The results showed that,with single failure,the blockage and damage of the DPF of support caused significant changes of the downstream temperature and pressure drop.When a combined fault occurs,the pressure drop of the DPF is mainly affected by its own state,and the inlet temperature is of no relevence with the DPF fault.The outlet temperature was determined by the upstream DOC and DPF status.Therefore,the root mean square value,margin and kurtosis index of the pressure drop and temperature difference before and after the DPF were selected as combined weight factors,and the fault diagnosis parameter of S was obtained to diagnosticate faults,and different faults of the DPF can be distinguished according to its value.
