灸法干预亚健康状态临床研究进展

摘　　要：亚健康状态是现代医学研究热点。通过对近十年来灸法干预亚健康状态的回顾与分析、归纳与总结,包括督灸、温和灸、壮医药线点灸、温针灸、火龙灸、热敏灸、隔物灸、逆灸、麦粒灸、脐灸、天灸、罐灸等,结果表明灸法干预亚健康状态方法多样,疗效稳定,独具特色,体现了“治未病”思想,但存在研究不够全面、诊疗规范欠统一等问题,有待进一步完善与深入。Sub-health status is research hotspot in modern medical field.Through reviewing,analyzing,summarizing and including moxibustion in the sub-health status in the past ten years,including Du moxibustion,Wenhe moxibustion,Zhuang medicine line moxibustion,warm acupuncture-moxibustion,dragon moxibustion,heat-sensitive moxibustion,Gewu moxibustion,inverse moxibustion,wheat grain moxibustion,umbilical moxibustion,heaven moxibustion,pot moxibustion.It shows that the moxibustion interventions are diverse and distinctive and curative effect is stable,as well as reflect the idea of“Zhi Weibing”.However,there are some problems,such as insufficient research,lack of unified diagnosis and treatment standards,which need to be further improved and deepened.
