摘  要:试验以农村户厕三格化粪池出水资源化利用为目的,探索农村户厕三格化粪池出水替代水培生菜营养液,研究不同比例替换对水培生菜产量及品质的影响。试验结果表明,三格化粪池出水可以替换部分标准营养液进行水培生菜生产,而且达到提质增产;综合考虑,替换比例为20%条件下,效果最佳,鲜重相对于CK增加了3.23%,可溶性糖含量增加了30.77%,维生素C含量增加了20.52%;与标准营养液相比,所有添加三格化粪池出水的试验组,可溶性蛋白含量均有所升高、硝态氮含量均有所降低。该研究结果可为农村户厕三格化粪池出水资源化利用提供借鉴和参考。This experiment aims at the utilization of the effluent from the three-grid septic tank of rural household toilets,explores the replacement of the nutrient solution of hydroponic lettuce with the three-grid septic tank effluent of rural household toilets,and studies the impact of different ratios on the yield and quality of hydroponic lettuce.It is expected to provide a reference for the utilization of the effluent from the three-grid septic tank in rural household toilets.The test results show that the effluent from the three-grid septic tank can replace part of the standard nutrient solution for hydroponic lettuce production,and improve the quality and yield.When the replacement ratio was 20%,the fresh weight increased by 3.23%,the soluble sugar content increased by 30.77%,and the vitamin C content increased by 20.52%compared with CK.Compared with the standard nutrient solution,the soluble protein content was increased and the nitrate nitrogen content was decreased in all exprimental groups with the three-grid septic tank effluent.The results of this study can provide reference and reference for the utilization of water effluent from three-grid septic tanks in rural household toilets.
