摘　　要：兵团精神与井冈山精神都是党在革命、建设的伟大实践中创造的红色基因,都是中国革命精神的重要组成部分,都是中国共产党人的精神谱系。同时,兵团精神实践主体来源于井冈山,兵团精神继承和发扬了井冈山精神,特别是井冈山精神中坚定执着追求理想、艰苦创业的奋斗精神、实事求是的精神等成为兵团精神的强大思想动力。兵团精神是井冈山精神结合边疆实际的继承和发扬。新时代高校大学生继承和发扬兵团精神、井冈山精神需要通过广泛实践来践行;继承和发扬兵团精神、井冈山精神需要融入大学生课堂教育;继承和发扬兵团精神、井冈山精神需要融入大学生社会实践;继承和发扬兵团精神、井冈山精神需要创新教育传播。Bingtuan Spirit and Jinggang Mountains Spirit are both"red genes"created by the Party in the great practice of revolution and construction.They are both important components of the Chinese revolutionary spirit and the spiritual pedigree of the Chinese communists.At the same time,the practical subject of the Bingtuan Spirit came from Jinggang Mountains,which inherited and carried forward the spirit of Jinggang Mountains.In particular,the spirit of Jinggang Mountains has become a powerful ideological driving force for the Bingtuan Spirit,with its steadfast pursuit of ideals,hard work and pioneering spirit,as well as the practice of seeking truth from facts.Bingtuan Spirit is the inheritance and development of the spirit of Jinggang Mountains,combining with the reality of the frontier.In the new era,college students should carry forward the Bingtuan Spirit and the spirit of Jinggang Mountains through extensive practice such as inheriting and developing the Bingtuan Spirit and the spirit of Jinggang Mountains so that they be integrated into college students'classroom education,integrating them into the social practice of college students pushing forward the need to innovate education and communication.
