摘  要:目的:研究宫颈疾病诊断中采用电子阴道镜的临床价值。方法:选取2019年5月-2020年6月妇科门诊检查的患者78例,所有患者均应用电子阴道镜检查,并与组织病理学结果进行比较。结果:阴道镜检查结果提示,确诊为慢性宫颈炎22例,确诊为宫颈上皮内瘤样病变Ⅰ(CINⅠ)19例,CINⅡ13例,CINⅢ7例,宫颈癌6例,宫颈湿疣5例,正常宫颈6例;慢性宫颈炎、正常宫颈、宫颈湿疣、CINⅠ、CINⅡ、CINⅢ、宫颈癌诊断符合率依次为90.91%、100.00%、80.00%、94.74%、76.92%、85.71%、83.33%。结论:宫颈疾病患者采用电子阴道镜检查的临床价值高,与病理组织学检查联合使用,能使疾病诊断准确率进一步提高,从而为疾病后期治疗提供有效信息。Objective:To study the clinical value of electronic colposcopy in the diagnosis of cervical diseases.Methods:A total of 78 patients who were examined in gynecological outpatient clinics from May 2019 to June 2020 were selected.All patients were examined by electronic colposcopy and compared with the histopathological results.Results:The results of colposcopy showed that 22 cases were diagnosed as chronic cervicitis,19 cases were diagnosed as cervical intraepithelial neoplasiaⅠ(CINⅠ),13 cases were diagnosed as CINⅡ,7 cases were diagnosed as CINⅢ,6 cases were diagnosed as cervical cancer,5 cases were diagnosed as cervical condyloma,6 cases had normal cervix.The diagnostic coincidence rates of chronic cervicitis,normal cervix,cervical condyloma,CINⅠ,CINⅡ,CINⅢ,and cervical cancer were 90.91%,100.00%,80.00%,94.74%,76.92%,85.71%,83.33%,respectively.Conclusion:The clinical value of electronic colposcopy in patients with cervical disease is high.When combined with histopathological examination,it can further improve the accuracy of disease diagnosis and accordingly provide effective information for the subsequent treatment of the disease.
