摘　　要：目的:观察多学科综合治疗协作组(MDT)治疗进展期胃癌的临床疗效。方法:2018年6月-2020年3月收治进展期胃癌患者60例,随机分为两组,每组各30例。对照组采取传统诊疗模式;研究组采取MDT模式。比较两组患者临床疗效、不良反应发生率、无进展生存期(PFS)、总生存时间(OS)、生活质量与心理状态评分。结果:研究组治疗总有效率略高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组PFS、OS、生活质量与心理状态评分均高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MDT可以制定个性化治疗方案,最高效地利用医疗资源,提高患者受益度,具有进一步推广的临床应用价值。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the multidisciplinary team(MDT)in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods:From June 2018 to March 2020,60 patients with advanced gastric cancer were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group adopted the traditional diagnosis and treatment model.The research group adopted the MDT model.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,progression-free survival(PFS),overall survival time(OS),quality of life and mental state scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the research group was slightly higher than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The scores of PFS,OS,quality of life and mental state in the research group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:MDT can formulate personalized treatment plans,make the most efficient use of medical resources,improve the benefit of patients,and have clinical application value for further promotion.
