摘 要:在高校师范类专业认证的背景下,与班主任工作技能相关的培养大多都未引起教育主体的足够重视。缺失相应的课程设置及有针对性的实践教学活动在高校中是比较普遍的现象。一方面可以从人才培养方案的建设、理论课程结构的设置、实践教学活动与课外培育的组织与评价等制度层面制定对策,一方面可以从“班主任工作技能训练”课程本身入手,就改变传统的理论建构模式及考核内容与方式、贯彻“学生中心”的教育原则等教学层面提出切实可行的具体办法。Under the background of teacher training program accreditation in universities,the working ability training of head teachers have not attracted enough attention from the university.Lacking the corresponding curriculum and targeted practical teaching activities is common in universities.To solve this problem,on the one hand,On the one hand,we should discuss some countermeasures for establishing the talent training programs,the theoretical curriculum structure,the organization and evaluation of practical teaching activities and extracurricular cultivation,etc.On the other hand,we can start from"the work skills training for head teachers".This paper puts forward some practical and concrete measures to change the traditional theoretical construction mode,break through the traditonal examination content and method,and carry out the"student-centered"educational principle.
