医学生感恩与病理性网络使用之间关系及其调节和中介作用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨医学生感恩与病理性网络使用、应对方式之间关系。方法:应用一般资料调查表、感恩量表、应对方式量表和病理性网络使用量表对某医科大学医学生进行问卷调查。使用结构方程模型验证应对方式在感恩与病理性网络使用之间中介作用。结果:医学生感恩得分为(5.23±1.06)分,病理性网络使用得分为(2.23±0.97)分;感恩与病理性网络使用之间呈负向相关(r=-0.233,P<0.001);应对方式在感恩与病理性网络使用之间起着中介作用。结论:应对方式在医学生感恩与病理性网络使用之间起着明显中介作用,医学院校学生管理者可以通过采取针对性的措施限制医学生病理性网络使用。Objective:To explore the relationship between medical students’ gratitude and the use of pathological network,and to analyze their regulation and intermediary variables.Methods:Gratitude scale,coping style scale and Pathological Internet use scale.The AMOS model and the PROCESS program are used to test the mediator model.Results:Medical students’ gratitude score(5.23± 1.06),pathological internet use score(2.23±0.97);gratitude and Pathological Internet use among medical students are negatively correlated(r=-0.233,P<0.001);coping style plays a mediating role in the relationship between gratitude and Pathological Internet use.Conclusion:Coping style plays a significant mediating role between medical students’ gratitude and Pathological Internet use.Medical College Students managers can take targeted measures to limit the pathological internet use of medical students.
