摘　　要：目的:了解新冠冠状肺炎疫情(简称疫情)对本科护理实习生(简称护生)职业认同感的影响,为医院和高校制订科学有力的教学策略提供参考。方法:分别在2019年、2020年、2021年调查疫情发生前、疫情时和后疫情时期的护生实习期满时的职业认同感情况,分析其差异。结果:疫情不同时期护生职业认同感和5个维度的实际得分均值在相应满分值的60%~80%。2019届较2020届和2021届护生在职业认同感和职业自我概念方面评分等级低,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:新冠疫情对护生的职业认同感产生了正向的影响,提示应当充分利用疫情的影响,从医院、学校、家庭和社会等各个方面为护生提供社会支持,提高护生的职业认同感。Objective:To understand the impact of COVID-19 epidemic on the professional identity of undergraduate nursing interns.Methods:from 2019 to 2021,professional identity questionnaire was used to investigate the professional identity of undergraduate nursing students respectively.Results:The scores of professional identity and professional self-concept of nursing students in 2019 were lower than those in 2020 and 2021(P<0.05).Conclusion:COVID-19 has a positive impact on the occupation identity of nursing students,suggesting that we should make full use of the impact of the epidemic,and provide social support for nursing students.
