摘　　要：目的观察反复胚胎种植失败患者心理应激、生育压力,并探析其与认知情绪调节策略的相关性。方法对168例反复胚胎种植失败患者进行调查分析,应用认知情绪调节策略问卷(CERQ)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)及生育压力量表(FPI)调查,掌握其心理应激发生情况,并分析CERQ评分与SDS、FPI的相关性。结果本组抑郁患者98例(58.33%),包括轻度抑郁34例、中度抑郁42例、重度抑郁22例。抑郁患者的CERQ、SDS及FPI评分与非抑郁患者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson相关分析表明,反复胚胎种植失败患者CERQ量表评分自责、沉思、灾难化、责难他人与SDS、FPI评分呈正相关(P<0.05),其他指标呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论反复胚胎种植失败患者认知情绪调节策略对心理应激和生育压力有着重要影响,应重视和强化患者的认知情绪调节策略,以改善患者心理状态。Objective To observe the psychological stress and reproductive pressure of patients with repeated embryo implantation failure,and explore the correlation between them and cognitive emotion regulation strategies.Methods 168 patients with repeated embryo implantation failure were investigated and analyzed.Cognitive Emotion Regulation Strategy Questionnaire(CERQ),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Fertility Stress Scale(FPI)were used to investigate the incidence of depression;and the correlation between CERQ score and SDS and FPI was analyzed.Results In this group,98 patients(58.33%)were depressed,including 34 mild cases,42 moderate cases,and 22 severe cases.The CERQ,SDS and FPI scores of depressed patients were significantly different from those of non-depressed patients(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the CERQ score of patients with repeated embryo implantation failure was significantly positively correlated with self-blame,rumination,catastrophizing and blaming others(P<0.05),but negatively correlated with other indexes(P<0.05).Conclusion The cognitive emotion regulation strategies of patients with repeated embryo implantation failure have an important impact on psychological stress and reproductive pressure,so we should pay attention to and strengthen the cognitive emotion regulation strategies of patients to improve their psychological state.
