摘  要:目的了解癌症患者对通过微信公众号传播肿瘤防治知识的接受意愿及需求的影响因素。方法对收集的1110份合格问卷进行分析。结果76.67%的癌症患者愿意接受通过微信公众号传播肿瘤防治知识;性别(OR=1.579,95%CI:0.125~0.788)、年龄(OR=1.651,95%CI:0.141~0.863)、文化程度(OR=0.615,95%CI:-0.914~-0.058)、从业状态(OR=1.620,95%CI:0.014~0.951)、是否定期复诊(OR=1.350,95%CI:0.009~0.592)是癌症患者通过微信公众号获取肿瘤防治知识接受意愿的影响因素。66.58%的癌症患者对于通过微信公众号传播健康知识的需求程度较高,文化程度(OR=1.871,95%CI:1.225~2.788)、从业状态(OR=1.453,95%CI:1.075~1.963)是癌症患者肿瘤防治知识需求高低的影响因素。结论建议结合不同患者的特征,开发权威的、科学的肿瘤防治知识微信公众号,为患者提供针对性、权威性、受益人群更广的肿瘤防治知识。Objective To understand the factors influencing cancer patients’ acceptance and demand of disseminating the knowledge of cancer prevention and treatment through the WeChat official account. Methods The collected 1110 qualified questionnaires were analyzed. Results In total 76.67% of cancer patients were willing to accept the dissemination of cancer prevention and treatment knowledge through WeChat official account. Gender(OR=1.579, 95%CI: 0.125-0.788), age(OR=1.651, 95%CI: 0.141-0.863), education level(OR=0.615, 95%CI:-0.914 to-0.058), professional status(OR=1.620, 95%CI:0.014-0.951), and regular follow-up consultations(OR =1.350, 95% CI: 0.009-0.592) were influencing factors of cancer patients’ willingness to receive cancer prevention and treatment knowledge through WeChat official account. In total 66.58%of cancers patients had a high demand for health knowledge dissemination through WeChat public accounts. Educational level(OR=1.871, 95%CI: 1.225-2.788) and professional status(OR=1.453, 95%CI: 1.075-1.963) were the influencing factors of the level of cancer patients’ demand for cancer prevention and treatment knowledge. Conclusion It is recommended to develop an authoritative and scientific WeChat public account of cancer prevention and treatment knowledge based on the characteristics of different patients, so as to provide patients with targeted, authoritative, and broader cancer prevention and treatment knowledge covering larger beneficiary population.
