摘 要:通过一步水热法制备了玉米芯基碳点(CDs),所制备的CDs粒径分布均匀,在水溶液中具有良好的分散性。通过红外光谱、紫外-可见吸收光谱以及荧光光谱对其发光性能进行了研究。基于Cr(Ⅵ)能选择性淬灭CDs的荧光,建立了以CDs为荧光探针测定Cr(Ⅵ)浓度的新方法,当Cr(Ⅵ)的浓度范围为2~80μmol/L时,CDs荧光淬灭强度与Cr(Ⅵ)浓度呈现较好的线性关系,该方法检出限可达0.98μmol/L。该方法应用于工业废水中Cr(Ⅵ)的测定,测得的结果与分光光度法基本一致。In this work,Carbon dots(CDs)were synthesized by one-step hydrothermal approach with corncob as the carbon source.The resultant CDs possess uniform particle size distribution and excellent dispersibility in aqueous solution,and were further characterized by infrared spectroscopy,UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy for the photophysical properties.It was found the fluorescence of CDs could be quenched by Cr(Ⅵ),and thus CDs was employed as the probe to determine the Cr(Ⅵ)concentration in aqueous solution,a good linearity being established between the intensity of fluorescence quenching and Cr(Ⅵ)concentration in the range of 2~80μmol/L with the corresponding detection limit reaching 0.98μmol/L.Finally,this method was applied to determine the Cr(Ⅵ)concentration in industrial wastewater,and the result was nearly in accordance with that obtained from spectrophotometric method.
