糖皮质激素滴眼液在流行性角膜结膜炎治疗中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察糖皮质激素滴眼液在流行性角膜结膜炎治疗中的应用效果。方法:2018年6月-2020年12月收治流行性角膜结膜炎患者88例,随机分为两组,各44例。对照组采用常规抗病毒治疗;研究组在常规抗病毒治疗基础上联合糖皮质激素滴眼液治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组角膜炎消失时间短于对照组,且角膜浑浊、角膜上皮下灰色圆点病变发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在流行性角膜结膜炎发病初期,联合给予糖皮质激素滴眼液治疗效果显著,可有效改善患者临床症状,预防和降低角膜病变的发生,缩短角膜炎消失时间。Objective: To observe the application effect of glucocorticoid eye drops in the treatment of epidemic keratoconjunctivitis. Methods: From June 2018 to December 2020, 88 patients with epidemic keratoconjunctivitis were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups, with 44 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional antiviral therapy. The study group was treated with glucocorticoid eye drops on the basis of antiviral therapy. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The disappearance time of keratitis in the study group was shorter than that in the control group, and the incidences of corneal turbidity and corneal subepithelial gray dot lesions were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: In the early stage of epidemic keratoconjunctivitis, combined application of glucocorticoid eye drops has a better therapeutic effect, which can effectively improve clinical symptoms, prevent and reduce the occurrence of corneal lesions, and shorten the disappearance time of keratitis.
