摘 要:目的:编制护士逆境商自我评价量表并检验其信效度。方法:在查阅文献和半结构式访谈的基础上,通过专家评议和预调查编制护士逆境商自我评价预测试量表,选取100名护士对预测试量表进行预调查,并选取487名护士对正式量表进行调查分析。结果:探索性因子分析提取逆境控制、逆境归因、逆境影响和逆境忍耐4个公因子,累计方差贡献率为52.241%;总量表的内容效度指数为0.875,Cronbach′sα系数为0.938,折半信度为0.852。结论:护士逆境商自我评价量表具有良好的信效度,可用于评价护士的逆商水平。Objective:To compile a self-evaluation scale for nurses′ adversity quotient,and test its reliability and validity. Methods:On the basis of literature review and semi-structured interviews,the pre-testing scale of the Nurse Adversity Quotient Self-evaluation Scale was compiled through expert review and pre-survey. And then,totally 100 nurses were selected for pre-survey on the pre-testing scale,487 nurses were selected for the investigation and analysis of the formal scale. Results:The exploratory factor analysis extracted four common factors,which were adversity control,adversity attribution,adversity influence and adversity endurance,the cumulative variance contribution rate was 52. 241%. The content validity index of the total scale was 0. 875,the Cronbach′s α coefficient was 0. 938,and the half-reliability was 0. 852. Conclusion:The self-evaluation scale for nurses′ adversity quotient had good reliability and validity,and it could be used to evaluate the level of nurses′ adverse quotient.
