自拟中药方剂(血安胃康)联合西药治疗上消化道出血的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探究自拟中药方剂(血安胃康)、西药在上消化道出血临床治疗中的联用效果。方法选取2020年4月至2021年9月寿光市人民医收治的100例上消化道出血患者,以随机数字表法分成2组,各50例。对照组予以常规西药治疗,研究组予以自拟中药方剂(血安胃康)联合西药治疗,比较两组治疗效果、不良反应情况及相关临床指标情况。结果研究组的治疗总有效率(98.00%)显著高于对照组(88.00%)(P<0.05);研究组的中医证候积分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的不良反应总发生率(6.00%)显著低于对照组(16.00%)(P<0.05);研究组患者症状改善时间均明显短于对照组患者,且再出血率(2.00%)明显低于对照组(10.00%)(P<0.05)。结论自拟中药方剂(血安胃康)联合西药治疗上消化道出血患者的临床疗效突出,既可提升总疗效率、促进临床症状快速消失,又可显著减少药物不良反应,联用效果突出。Objective To explore the combined effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)prescription(Xue′an Weikang)and Western medicine in the clinical treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods A total of 100 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to Shouguang People′s Hospital from April 2020 to September 2021 were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups with 50 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the study group was treated with self-made TCM prescription(Xue′an Weikang)combined with Western medicine.The therapeutic effect,adverse reactions and related clinical indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the study group(98.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(88.00%)(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(6.00%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(16.00%)(P<0.05).The symptom improvement time of patients in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the rebleeding rate(2.00%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(10.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made TCM prescription(Xue′an Weikang)combined with Western medicine has outstanding clinical effects in the treatment of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.It can not only improve the overall treatment efficiency,promote the rapid disappearance of clinical symptoms,but also significantly reduce the adverse drug reactions,and the combined effect is outstanding.
