新时代背景下胃肠外科青年医师培养的几点思考

摘　　要：社会与科技进步促进了胃肠外科发展,青年专科医师培养不仅关乎未来学科发展,也关乎公众医疗服务需求的满足。职业素养是胃肠外科青年医师培育的前提,思辨意识是基石,跨界学习是外在推手,创新思维是内在动力。专业修为、人文素养、科研能力是构成综合型优秀医学人才的品质要素,专科化和多学科诊疗是提高专业水平的重要手段,更精准的手术、更少的并发症与更好的疗效是对胃肠外科青年医师培养的基本要求。Social and technological progress has promoted the development of gastrointestinal surgery.The training of young specialists is not only related to the future disciplinary development,but also related to the satisfaction of public medical service needs.Professional quality is the prerequisite for the cultivation of young doctors in gastrointestinal surgery,critical thinking is the cornerstone,cross-border learning is the external push,and innovative thinking is the internal power.Professional training,humanistic quality and scientific research ability are the quality elements of comprehensive and excellent medical talents.Specialization and multidisciplinary team(MDT)are important means to improve professional level.More accurate surgery,less complications and better efficacy are the basic requirements for the training of young gastrointestinal surgeons.
