摘 要:针对地铁运营中存在的钢轨波磨问题,对短枕式整体道床地段开展钢轨波磨特征和动态响应测试,分析钢轨波磨产生原因和影响,并建立车辆-轨道耦合动力学模型,分析了不同钢轨波磨参数对车辆动力响应的影响。研究表明:钢轨波磨在小半径曲线段更为严重,外侧钢轨波磨相对内侧存在滞后现象,主波长在30~63 mm;短枕式整体道床在400 Hz和800 Hz附近的振动是导致主波长波磨的主要原因;钢轨波磨波长是动力学性能和安全指标的主要影响因素,轮轨力最大值出现在波峰前的波形上升区段;轮轨力增大是整体道床固有频率与列车通过频率接近而导致的共振引起的。Aiming at the problem of rail corrugation in subway operation,the characteristics and dynamic response of rail corrugation in the section of short sleeper monolithic ballast bed were tested,the causes and effects of rail corrugation were analyzed,the vehicle-track coupling dynamic model was established,and the effects of different rail corrugation parameters on vehicle dynamic response were analyzed.The research shows that the rail corrugation is more serious in the small radius curve section,and there is a lag phenomenon between the outer rail corrugation and the inner rail corrugation,and the main wavelength is 30~63 mm.The vibration of short sleeper monolithic ballast bed near 400 Hz and 800 Hz is the main reason for the main wavelength corrugation.The wave length of rail corrugation is the main factor affecting the dynamic performance and safety index.The maximum value of wheel rail force appears in the rising section of the waveform in front of the wave peak.The increase of wheel rail force is caused by the resonance caused by the natural frequency of the monolithic ballast bed close to the passing frequency of the train.
