摘  要:"粮油加工工艺学"为食品科学与工程专业学生的必修专业课。传统的"粮油加工工艺实验"教学和考核方法中存在许多问题,不利于学生能力的培养。针对实验内容、教学方法、课堂纪律、考核方法等方面存在的问题及相应的改革措施进行了论述。Grain and Oil Processing Technology was a required course for students majoring in food science and engineering.There are many problems in the traditional experimental teaching and examination method of Grain and Oil Processing Technology Experiment,which is disadvantageous to the cultivation of students’ ability. This paper discussed the problems existing in the experiment content,teaching method,classroom discipline,examination method and the corresponding reform measures.
