摘　　要："营养生理学"是食品营养与检验教育专业重要的专业必修核心课,但是目前还没有针对该专业的规范大纲和教材。为了提高教学质量,教学团队对该课程的教学方式进行了初步的探索,旨在找寻最佳的"营养生理学"课程教学模式,促进专业教学工作和学科建设的发展。Nutrition Physiology is an important compulsory core course for food nutrition and inspection education,but there is no standard outline and textbook for this major. In order to improve the quality of teaching,the teaching team conducted a preliminary exploration of the teaching methods of this course,aiming to find the best teaching mode of Nutrition Physiology course,and promote the development of teaching work and discipline construction of this major.
