摘　　要：叙事医学与全科医学共享以患者为中心的全人理念,关注疾病背后的心理、社会因素,叙事医学作为一种有效的手段能促进全科医疗服务的关系连续性,并能促进诊断、减缓复发率、降低治疗负担。为了能推动叙事医学实践的落实,提出组织制度层面的政策建议:建立一对一长期契约服务制度,建立全科医生的叙事医学能力培训体系,引入针对行医过程中叙事医学实践的评价,进一步完善评价体系。Narrative medicine and general practice share the patient-centered holistic philosophy since both value the patient and the psychological as well as social factors lurking behind the disease.Narrative medicine,as an effective approach,could help increase the relationship continuity,improve diagnosis,reduce relapse,and relieve the treatment burden of patients in general practice.It puts forward suggestions for enchancing organizational readiness in order to promote the application of narrative medicine in general practice,including delivering a long-term care service system featuring one-to-one relationship,creating education and training systems to improve narrative competence of general practitioners and introducing an assessment scheme on the application of narrative medicine concerning the process of general practice.
