摘 要:基于自我验证理论,在间隔两个月的三个时间点收集420对员工-同事配对问卷,对员工情绪智力影响领导不文明行为的作用机制进行探讨。结果表明:员工情绪智力与领导不文明行为负相关;差序氛围在员工情绪智力与领导不文明行为间起负向调节效应,组织差序氛围越高,员工情绪智力对领导不文明行为的负向影响更强;员工追随在员工情绪智力与领导不文明行为间具有中介效应。Based on the self-verification theory, this paper examines the influence mechanism between employee emotional intelligence and supervisor incivility by the data of collecting from 420 employee-colleague paired questionnaires at three different time points with a lag of two months.Results show that employee emotional intelligence is negatively correlated with supervisor incivility, chaxu climate negatively moderates the direct relationship, and the direct process is stronger when chaxu climate is high.Employee followership plays an intermediary role in the process of employee emotional intelligence affecting supervisor incivility.
