摘 要:依据投入-过程-产出(IPO)模型框架和特质激活理论,运用来自67个高新技术企业虚拟团队307份团队成员数据,分析虚拟团队主动性人格对团队创造力的影响,以及高质量人际关系的中介作用和集体主义氛围的调节作用。结果表明:虚拟团队主动性人格对团队创造力和高质量人际关系均具有正向影响;高质量人际关系在虚拟团队主动性人格与团队创造力间发挥中介作用;集体主义氛围负向调节虚拟团队主动性人格对高质量人际关系的影响。According to the input-process-output model framework and trait activation theory, this paper collects a lot of primary data include 67 virtual teams of high-tech enterprises, corresponding to include 307 team members, and analyzes the effect of proactive personality of the virtual teams on team creativity, and also the mediating effect of high quality interpersonal relations and the moderating effect of collective atmosphere.Results show that, proactive personality of the virtual teams has a positive effect on team creativity and high quality interpersonal relationships.High-quality interpersonal relationships play a mediating role between proactive personality of the virtual teams and team creativity.The collectivism atmosphere negatively plays a moderating role between proactive personality of the virtual teams and high-quality interpersonal relationships.
