摘  要:目的:探讨基于微课的翻转课堂在护理实习带教的应用效果。方法:本研究采取便利抽样的方法随机将入选的护生分为观察组与对照组,每组32人。对照组采用常规的临床护理教学模式,观察组在对照组中的的基础上将小讲课及教学查房改用翻转课堂教学法。通过对护生出科考试成绩,临床护理综合能力,学习主动性进行评价对比两组的教学效果。结果:观察组理论、操作考试成绩、临床综合能力、学习积极主动性均高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于微课的翻转课堂有助于激发护生的学习兴趣,提高护生的临床护理综合能力和自主学习的能力,从而提高临床护理教学效果。Objective: To explore the application effect of flipped classroom based on micro-class in nursing practice teaching.Methods: The selected nursing students were randomly divided into observation group and control group by convenience sampling, with 32 persons in each group. The control group adopted the routine clinical nursing teaching mode, and the observation group changed the small lectures and teaching ward round to the flipped classroom teaching method on the basis of the in the control group. Through the evaluation of nursing students’ graduation examination results, clinical nursing comprehensive ability and learning initiative, the teaching effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The scores of theory, operation test, clinical comprehensive ability and learning initiative of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The flipped classroom based on micro-class is helpful to stimulate nursing students’ learning interest, improve their ability of independent learning, improve their comprehensive ability of clinical nursing, so as to improve the effect of clinical nursing teaching of nursing students.
