超声骨刀与凿骨劈冠法拔除下颌低位阻生智齿的临床效果比较

摘　　要：目的:观察超声骨刀与凿骨劈冠法拔除下颌低位阻生智齿的临床效果。方法:本院2019年1月~2020年1月收治的74例下颌低位阻生智齿患者为本次研究对象,在患者自愿参与本次研究的前提下按照拔牙方法不同将患者分为对照组(37例,凿骨劈冠法)与观察组(37例,超声骨刀法),比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:观察组手术时间明显短于对照组,术中出血量明显低于对照组,数据差异明显(P<0.05)。观察组术中并发症发生率(8.11%)低于对照组,数据差异明显(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后7d 0度张口受限患者所占比例以及0度疼痛所占比例均多于对照组,数据差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:下颌低位阻生智齿患者超声骨刀法治疗效果明显优于凿骨劈冠法,有助于促进患者恢复,能够有效缓解患者疼痛,减少并发症发生风险,安全性较好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of ultrasonic osteotome and chisel and split crown in the extraction of impacted mandibular wisdom teeth.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,74 patients with mandibular low impacted wisdom teeth were selected as the research objects.According to the different methods of tooth extraction,the patients were divided into the control group(37 cases:chiseling and crowning method)and the experimental group(37 cases:ultrasonic osteotome method),the treatment effect of the two groups of patients was compared.Results:The operation time in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the amount of intraoperative bleeding was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of intraoperative complications in the observation group(8.11%)was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The proportion of patients with 0-degree mouth opening limitation and the proportion of 0-degree pain in the observation group were higher than those in the control group 7 days after operation,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of ultrasonic osteotome is better than that of chiseling and splitting crown in the treatment of mandibular low impacted wisdom teeth,it is helpful to promote patients’recovery,effectively relieve patients’pain and reduce the risk of complications.It has good safety.
