摘  要:在空间科学探测中,通常采用静电悬浮加速度计测量低频准稳态微重力信号,但其体积较大、成本较高。高精度石英挠性加速度计体积小,技术成熟,但用于微重力信号测量时,高频噪声抑制不充分将导致频谱混叠、微重力低频测量精度降低。提出了一种将石英挠性加速度计改造为小量程、高精度的微重力加速度测量系统方案,其核心指标是噪声抑制和抗混叠性能。通过电路建模、仿真,验证了频谱混叠对低频微重力测量的影响以及抗混叠滤波器和过采样技术的有效性。测试实验结果表明,该加速度测量系统的低频噪声水平可以达到10^(-7)g/√Hz,分辨率0.12μg,低频至0.001 Hz,显示出了石英挠性加速度计用于微重力测量的精度潜力。In space science exploration,the electrostatic suspension accelerometer is usually used for non-conservative force measurement focusing on low-frequency quasi-steady-state microgravity signal,but it has a large volume and high cost.Quartz flexible accelerometer with small volume and mature technology can be used for microgravity signal measurement.However,insufficient suppression of high-frequency noise will lead to spectrum aliasing and influence the low-frequency measurement accuracy of microgravity.The high-precision quartz flexible accelerometer is transformed into a microgravity acceleration measurement system with a small range and high precision.The key parameters of the system are noise suppression and anti-aliasing performance.Through circuit modeling and simulation,the influence of spectrum aliasing on low-frequency microgravity measurement is demonstrated,and the effectiveness of the anti-aliasing filter and over-sampling technique is verified.The experiential results show that the low-frequency noise level of the acceleration measurement system can reach 10^(-7)g/√Hz,the resolution can reach 0.12μg and the lowest frequency can reach 0.001 Hz,which shows the accuracy potential of the quartz flexible accelerometer for microgravity measurement.
