摘　　要：脊髓损伤是当今医学领域尚未解决的难题之一,通过对《黄帝内经》中"治痿独取阳明"理论的丰富内涵进行梳理总结,从病因病机等方面详细阐述脊髓损伤与痿证的关系。进一步运用该理论对脊髓损伤进行辨证指导,以"取阳明"为治疗脊髓损伤的基本法则,从中药及针灸治疗两方面具体阐述其临床应用,以期为脊髓损伤治疗及预后提供临床指导。Spinal cord injury is one of the unsolved problems in the field of modern medicine.This paper combs and summarizes the rich connotation of the theory of “treatment for flaccid paralysis aiming at Yangming meridian” in Huangdi Neijing (Inner Canon of Huangdi),and expounds the relationship between spinal cord injury and flaccidity syndrome from the aspects of the former’s etiology and pathogenesis.This theory is further used to guide the differentiation and treatment of spinal cord injury as a basic principle,and its clinical application is elaborated in depth from the two aspects of traditional Chinese drugs and acupuncture,in order to provide a clinical guidance for the treatment and prognosis of the disease.
