摘 要:无机粘结固体润滑膜能显著降低摩擦系数,降低高温磨损并提高传动效率。剖析了硅酸盐、硼酸盐、磷酸盐3类无机粘结剂的结构特点与综合性能,重点结合无缝钢管热轧分析了磷酸盐粘结固体润滑膜的研究进展,再进一步对比分析了从层状材料、氟化物、软金属和氧化物、无机含氧酸盐到自修复润滑添加剂等方面的减摩与自修复作用机理;最后展望了无机粘结固体润滑膜的发展方向。Inorganic adhesive solid lubricant film could significantly reduce both the friction coefficient and the high temperature wear, then improve the transmission efficiency. In this paper, the structural characteristics and comprehensive properties of three types of inorganic binders of silicate, borate and phosphate were analyzed firstly, and then the research progress of phosphate bonded solid lubricant film for hot rolled seamless steel pipe was emphatically discussed. After that, the mechanisms of anti-friction and self-repairing of layered materials, fluorides, soft metals and oxides, inorganic oxygenates and self-healing lubricating additives, were further compared and analyzed. Finally, the development direction of inorganic bonded solid lubricant film was prospected.
