摘 要:文章介绍了为应对欧冶炉高硅铁水,八钢120t转炉采用的双联脱硅的工艺方法。在第一座转炉内铁水[Si]含量从<1%提高到了5%,硅氧化过程中释放出大量热,由于废钢配比不足,脱硅工艺最大困难就是保持热平衡。通过研究脱硅炉次的渣料加入量、渣成分、渣碱度、渣矿相,推导出了最优的转炉双联脱硅造渣制度。This paper introduces the double desilication process adopted by the 120 t converter of Bayi Steel to deal with the high silicon molten iron in the OY furnace.In the first converter, the content of molten iron [Si] is increased from < 1% to 5%. A lot of heat is released in the process of silicon oxidation. Due to the insufficient proportion of scrap steel, the biggest difficulty of desilication process is to maintain heat balance.By studying the slag addition, slag composition, slag alkalinity and slag ore phase of desilication furnace times, the optimal converter double desilication slag making system is deduced.
