摘　　要：文章对等倾干涉和等厚干涉及与其相关的概念做了简单梳理,并对迈克尔逊干涉实验的等倾干涉条纹间距公式作了推导,同时对实验中的现象稍加讨论。The article briefly sorts out the concepts related to equal-inclination interference and equal-thickness interference,and derives the equal-inclination interference fringe spacing formula of Michelson interference experiment,and discusses the phenomenon in the experiment.
