摘  要:教师在防控校园欺凌中发挥着关键作用。不同省市400名中小学教师接受了学校反欺凌氛围对教师预防型干预行为的影响机制调查,结果显示,学校反欺凌氛围、教师干预信念对不同类型干预行为的影响存在差异:学校反欺凌氛围对教师关注行为没有显著影响,与教师教育行为有正向显著相关关系;教师干预信念与教师教育行为、关注行为均呈正向显著相关关系;教师干预信念在学校反欺凌氛围影响教师教育行为的过程中起到部分中介作用,在学校反欺凌氛围影响教师关注行为的过程中起到完全中介作用。因此,治理校园欺凌必须坚定教师干预信念,使教师积极采取预防型干预行为,防控校园欺凌风险。Teachers play a key role in preventing and controlling the risk of school bullying.A self-compiled scale was used to survey 400 primary and secondary school teachers in different provinces and cities to explore the influence mechanism of school anti-bullying atmosphere on teachers′preventive intervention behaviors and the mediating function of teachers′intervention beliefs.We came to conclusions that there are differences in the influence of anti-bullying atmosphere and teacher intervention beliefs on different types of intervention behaviors in schools,namely,the anti-bullying atmosphere in schools has no significant influence on teacher′s attention behaviors,and has a positive and significant correction with teachers′educational behaviors;teachers′intervention beliefs play a partial mediating function in the influence of school anti-bullying atmosphere on teachers′educational behaviors and a complete mediating function in the influence of school anti-bullying atmosphere on teachers′attention behaviors.Therefore,the beliefs of teachers′intervention must be strengthened in the management of school bullying,so that teachers actively take preventive intervention behaviors to prevent and control the risk of school bullying.
