摘　　要：文章以后疫情时代下的食物设计为主要研究对象,依据新冠疫情对人类社会造成的影响,从设计角度出发,分析后疫情的时代特征以及食物设计对促进社会永续发展的重要意义所在。利用设计思维重构人与食物的交互模式,提出未来食物设计应当遵循的主要原则,洞见后疫情时代下未来食物设计的发展方向。The food design in the post epidemic era is the main object of study.Based on the influence of COVID-19 on human society,this paper analyzes the characteristics of post epidemic situation and the importance of food design to promote sustainable development from the perspective of design.Using design thinking to reconstruct the interaction mode between human and food,this paper puts forward the main principles that should be followed in future food design,and has an insight into the development direction of future food design in the post epidemic era.
