事理学视角下高校乘车服务系统设计

摘　　要：为解决用户校内出行的痛点问题,建立高校校区内乘车服务系统。用事理学指导关键问题,充分考虑用户需求与资源流向后,从信息展示、车辆调度、数据监控、界面优化四部分对目标服务系统进行交互、技术、视觉等方面的实践。开发出集学生乘车小程序、运营方可视后台和数据采集监控平台为一体的服务系统。事理学指导下的乘车服务系统可以提升学生出行满意度和校内车辆的利用效率,促进智慧校园的建设。In order to solve the pain point problem of campus travel,the campus bus service system is established.After fully considering the needs of users and the flow of resources,the interaction,technology and vision of the target service system are practiced from four parts:information display,vehicle scheduling,data monitoring and interface optimization.Develop a set of student ride small program,operator visual background and data acquisition monitoring platform as one of the service system.The ride service system under the guidance of science can improve students’ travel satisfaction and the utilization efficiency of school vehicles,and promote the construction of smart campus.
