摘 要:恶性肿瘤是危及人类生命的主要疾病之一,有效筛查和早期诊断是临床上亟需解决的问题。环状RNA(circRNA)是一种新的内源性长链非编码RNA,具有一定的组织特异性、疾病特异性以及高度稳定性,可作为miRNA海绵体、靶向microRNAs分子、调节基因转录与表达等生物学功能在肿瘤发生、发展中发挥重要作用。近期研究表明,circMTO1的异常表达能通过多种机制及信号通路影响肿瘤细胞的活力、生长、凋亡和自噬,与肝癌、结直肠癌、宫颈癌等肿瘤的侵袭、转移及预后密切相关,有望成为肿瘤早期诊断及预测预后的一种新兴的生物标志物。本综述,我们对circMTO1在肿瘤中的生物学作用、可能调控机制以及与患者的临床病理、诊断和预后之间的关系等研究进展进行总结,挖掘其未来在肿瘤疾病防治中的潜在应用价值。Malignant tumor is one of the main diseases that endanger human life.Effective screening and early diagnosis are urgent problems in clinical practice.circRNA is a new kind of endogenous long-chain non-coding RNA with certain tissue specificity, disease specificity and high stability.It can play an important role in tumor genesis and development as a cavernosa of miRNA,a targeted microRNAs molecule, and a regulator of gene transcription and expression.Recent studies have shown that the abnormal expression of circMTO1 can affect the activity, growth, apoptosis and autophagy of tumor cells through a variety of mechanisms and signaling pathways, and is closely related to the invasion, metastasis and prognosis of liver cancer, colorectal cancer, cervical cancer and other tumors, and is expected to become an emerging biomarker for early diagnosis and prognosis of tumors.In this review, we summarized the latest research progress of circMTO1 in the biological role, possible regulatory mechanisms, and the relationship between circMTO1 and clinicopathology, diagnosis and prognosis of patients, so as to explore its potential application value in the prevention and treatment of tumor diseases in the future.
