摘　　要：群体定向动机流(group-DMC)是在群体范围内,尤指外语教学课堂里的学生群体内部形成一股激增的、长期的动机流,学生共同朝着清晰的目标迈进,学习中紧密的结构安排提供给学生明确的学习路径,子目标,以及在完成子目标过程中进行进度检查和定期反馈的机会。群体层面的定向动机流有别于个体层面的定向动机流,具备项目目标设定与动机启动合二为一的特点,动机流的启动条件和促成型结构也有所不同。本文尝试详解群体定向动机流,及其在中国外语课堂内的落地实践。希望本研究将推动我国EFL环境下不同教学层次外语教师的课堂创新与实践,激励学生群体进入定向动机流。Group-Directed Motivational Currents(DMC)refers to a surge of long-term motivation within a group,especially in a foreign language teaching classroom.Students move toward a clear goal together.The tight structure in learning provides students with a clear learning path and sub-goals and the opportunity for progress checks and regular feedback on the progress of sub-goals.Group DMC is different from that at the individual level.It has the characteristics of integrating project goal setting and motivation trigger,and the initiation conditions and facilitative structure of motivation flow are also different.This paper attempts to explain the Group DMC in detail and analyze its feasibility in Chinese EFL setting.It aims to help EFL teachers at different teaching levels and motivate their student groups into the directed motivational flow.
