摘 要:为有效评估乡村中学教师的体质健康现状,在开放性访谈和专家评估的基础上,初步编制了“乡村中学教师体质健康满意度量表”,继而以贵州乡村中学教师为研究对象,分别进行题项分析、探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析,最终形成正式量表。研究结果显示,乡村中学教师的体质健康满意度量表由生理满意和运动满意两个因子构成。信效度分析表明,所编制的量表符合心理测量学的要求,因此,该量表是一个适合评估乡村中学教师体质健康满意度的有效工具。To effectively assess the physical health status of rural middle school teachers,on the basis of open-ended interviews and expert consultation,we compiled the rural middle school teachers physical health satisfaction scale.Through the survey among the rural middle school teachers in Guizhou rural teachers followed byitem analysis,factor analysis and confirmatory analysis,the formal scale was finally made.The results show that the physical health satisfaction of rural middle school teachers consists of two factors:physical satisfaction and sports satisfaction.The reliability and validity analysis shows that the scale meets the requirements of psychometrics.Therefore,the scale is an effective tool for evaluating the physical health satisfaction of rural middle school teachers.
