摘  要:目的探讨帕金森病(PD)患者血清微小核糖核酸(miR)-132、miR-150表达水平与认知功能、炎性因子的相关性。方法选取2018年8月至2020年8月收治的PD患者80例作为PD组,选取同期体检的健康体检者63例作为对照组。比较2组血清miR-132、miR-150以及白介素-1β(IL-1β)、白介素-6(IL-6)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平。利用蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)、简易智力状态量表(MMSE)评价2组受检者的认知功能,经统一PD评定量表(UPDRS)评估PD患者病情严重程度,比较不同病情患者的血清miR-132、miR-150表达水平。经Pearson线性相关分析血清miR-132、miR-150与MoCA、MMSE总分、UPDRS评分以及炎性因子的相关性。结果PD组血清miR-132、IL-1β、IL-6、CRP、TNF-α较对照组显著升高,而血清miR-150、MoCA总分、MMSE总分较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。轻度组血清miR-132相对表达量与UPDRS评分低于中度组,而血清miR-150相对表达量高于中度组(P<0.05)。经Pearson线性相关分析提示,PD患者血清miR-132与MoCA、MMSE总分呈负相关,与UPDRS评分呈正相关(P<0.05),血清miR-150与IL-1β、IL-6、CRP、TNF-α、UPDRS评分呈负相关,与MoCA、MMSE总分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论PD患者的血清miR-132表达上调,而血清miR-150下调,二者均与患者认知功能存在相关性,其中miR-150还与炎症密切相关。Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression levels of miRNA(miR)-132,miR-150 and cognitive function as well as inflammatory factors in patients with Parkinson’s disease(PD).Methods Eighty patients with PD who were treated in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2020 were enrolled as PD group,at the same time,63 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination were enrolled as control group.The serum levels of miR-132,miR-150,interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were detected and compared between the two groups.And the Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA),Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)were performed to evaluate the cognitive function of the subjects,and the disease severity of patients with PD was assessed by the Unified Parkinson’s Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS),and the serum levels of miR-132 and miR-150 in patients with different conditions were compared.In addition the correlation between serum miR-132,miR-150 and MoCA,MMSE total score,UPDRS score as well as inflammatory factors was analyzed by Pearson’s linear correlation analysis.Results As compared with those in control group,the serum levels of miR-132,IL-1β,IL-6,CRP and TNF-αin PD group were significantly increased,however,the serum levels of miR-150,and MoCA total score,MMSE total score were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The expression levels of miR-132 and UPDRS scores in mild case group were significantly lower than those in moderate case group,while the expression levels of miR-150 were significantly higher than those in moderate case group(P<0.05).Pearson linear correlation analysis showed that serum miR-132 was negatively correlated with the MoCA and MMSE total scores,however,whwich was positively correlated with UPDRS score(P<0.05).Moreover the serum levels of miR-150 were negatively correlated with those of IL-1β,IL-6,CRP,TNF-αand UPDRS score,however,which were positively correlated with MoCA and MMSE total scores(P<0.05).Conclusion The express
