摘　　要：目的探讨CT引导下腹膜后肿瘤碘-125粒子植入术的临床应用疗效及安全性,为腹膜后肿瘤综合治疗方案的选择提供临床依据。方法回顾性分析2016年11月至2018年11月行腹膜后肿瘤碘-125粒子植入术的患者11例,所有患者均行CT引导下碘-125粒子植入术,术后定期复查CT评价疗效。结果11例患者均顺利完成手术,植入粒子18~52颗,粒子活度0.4~0.8 mCi,术后疗效评价:CR 3例(27%),PR 5例(45%),SD 3例(27%),总有效率(CR+PR)73%,PFS最长13个月,中位PFS6个月。比较分析手术前后疼痛评分,显示术后疼痛评分明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),证明粒子植入术可以有效缓解疼痛症状。结论CT引导下行腹膜后肿瘤碘-125粒子植入术,手术操作安全,疗效确切,可有效改善患者生活质量,为腹膜后肿瘤治疗方案的选择提供了新思路。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of CT-guided 125I seed implantation in treatment of retroperitoneal tumor,so as to provide basis for the selection of treatment scheme.Methods The clinical data about 11 patients with retroperitoneal tumor who were treated by CT guided 125I seed implantation in our hospital from November 2016 to November 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were followed-up after operation to evaluate the curative effects.Results All the patients underwent successful operation,the number of implantation seeds was 18-52,the dose of single seed was 0.4~0.8 mCi.The total effect rates was 73%,and the longest progression-free survival time was 13 months.The median progression-free survival time was 6 months and the patient’s pain was effective relieved.Conclusion CT-guided 125I seeds implantation is safe and effective in treating retroperitoneal tumor,which can effectively improve the life quality of patients,and provides a new idea way for the selection of treatment scheme.
