摘  要:目的使用锥形束CT(cone-beam computed tomography,CBCT)观察下颌切牙根管形态及数目,分析牙冠大小与根管数目之间的关系。方法选择71例患者共275颗下颌切牙的CBCT影像。测量其在近远中向宽度(M-D)及唇舌向宽度(B-L)的最大值,并计算二者比值(M-D/B-L),制作ROC曲线,计算曲线下面积和最大临界值。结果下颌切牙的单根管占比为90.55%,双根管占比为9.45%。单、双根管M-D、B-L及M-D/B-L的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。单、双根管M-D、B-L及M-D/B-L的最佳临界值分别为5.53 mm、5.70 mm、0.92 mm。结论M-D、B-L及M-D/B-L对于下颌切牙单、双根管的预测均有提示意义,其中M-D的预测能力更好。Objective To investigate the morphology and numbers of root canals of mandibular incisors by CBCT,and to analyze the correlation between the number of root canals and crown size.Methods A total of 71 patients(275 mandibular incisors)were enrolled in the study,who underwent CBCT examination to measure the maximum values of its mesiodistal diameter(M-D)and buccolingual diameter(B-L),and crown size(M-D/B-L index)was calculated to make the ROC curve,and to calculate the area under the curve and the optimal critical value.Results The single root canal and double root canal of mandibular incisors accounted for 90.55%and 9.45%,respectively.The differences of M-D,B-L and M-D/B-L in single and double root canals were statistically significant(P<0.05).The optimal critical values of M-D,B-L and M-D/B-L in single and double root canals were 5.53mm,5.70mm,0.92mm,respectively.Conclusion Both M-D B-L and M-D/B-L have suggestive significance for the prediction of single and double root canals of mandibular incisors,in which,M-D has better predictive value.
