摘 要:目的探讨基于信息化的情景互动式健康教育在老年髋部脆性骨折患者中的应用效果。方法采用方便取样法选取河北省石家庄市第三医院2019年6月至2020年7月收治的老年髋部脆性骨折患者124例,随机分为对照组60例,试验组64例。对照组采用常规健康教育,试验组采用信息化情景互动式健康教育对患者进行骨质疏松危险因素、运动知识、钙知识、心理健康教育。比较2组患者骨质疏松危险因素、运动知识、钙知识认知水平、抑郁评分、焦虑评分、住院期间满意度评分。结果出院前1 d试验组患者骨质疏松认知水平高于对照组,其中危险因素[(9.03±1.25)分、(7.33±1.42)分],运动知识[(6.33±0.82)分、(5.10±0.90)分],钙知识[(6.67±0.96)分、(5.05±1.10)分],2组比较差异有统计学意义(t值分别为-7.08、-7.98、-8.78;P<0.001)。试验组抑郁、焦虑评分分别为(9.16±1.59)分、(7.38±1.72)分;对照组抑郁、焦虑评分分别为(12.13±2.35)分、(10.15±1.59)分,2组比较差异有统计学意义(t值分别为8.306、9.296;P<0.001)。试验组满意度(96.28±2.28)分,对照组满意度(83.23±4.44)分,2组比较差异有统计学意义(t值为-20.779;P<0.001)。结论基于信息化的情景互动式健康教育对老年髋部脆性骨折患者效果明显,对患者康复具有积极作用,值得临床工作中推广使用。Objective To investigate the application effects of situational interactive health education based on informatization for elderly patients with brittle fracture of hip.Methods According to convenient sampling method,124 elderly patients with hip brittle fracture who were treated in a tertiary hospital from June 2019 to July 2020 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into control group(n=60)and experimental group(n=64).The patients in control group were given routine health education,while the patients in experimental group were given situational interactive health education based on informatization,including risk factors of osteoporosis,exercise knowledge,calcium knowledge and mental health education.The risk factors of osteoporosis,sports knowledge,calcium knowledge,depression score,anxiety score and satisfaction score were observed and compared between the two groups.Results One day before discharge,the cognitive levels for osteoporosis in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group,including risk factors,exercise knowledge and calcium knowledge(P<0.01).The scores of depression and anxiety in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control groupbetween(P<0.01).Moreover the satisfaction degree scores in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The situational interactive health education based on informatization has obvious effects for elderly patients with hip fracture,which has a positive effect on the rehabilitation of patients,thus,which is worthy of application and promotion in clinical practice.
