摘 要:针对现有的介质阻挡放电(DBD)型负载等效电气模型存在的诸如只能适用特定激励波形、无法准确描述DBD型负载动态工作过程及模型系数确定过程繁琐等不足,本文在分析气隙内带电粒子的电离与复合过程的基础上,推导出一种DBD型负载等效电气模型,该等效电气模型由分别描述气隙被击穿时带电粒子的电离过程和气隙产生电离后带电粒子复合过程的两个子项构成。为验证模型准确性,本文以同轴圆柱型氯化氙(XeCl)准分子灯为测试对象,对比研究了这种DBD型负载在不同激励波形下的实验数据和等效电气模型输出数据。研究结果表明:在不同激励波形下,由本文构建的等效电气模型输出的“电压-电流-时间”曲线能与实验结果很好地吻合。此外,由本文构建的等效电气模型获得的放电电流波形与由DBD型负载流体动力模型获得的放电电流波形也有比较好的一致性。本文构建的电气等效模型可为DBD型负载供电电源的设计与优化提供一定的帮助。In view of the shortcomings of the existing equivalent electrical model of dielectric barrier discharge(DBD)load,such as only suitable for specific excitation waveform,unable to accurately describe the dynamic working process of DBD load and cumbersome process of model coefficient determination,an equivalent electrical model of DBD is derived based on the analysis of ionization and recombination process of charged particles in air gap.It is composed of two sub terms,which respectively describe the ionization process of charged particles when the air gap is broken down,and the recombination process of charged particles after the air gap is ionized.In order to verify the correctness of the model,the coaxial cylindrical xenon chloride(XeCl)excimer lamp was used as the test object,and the experimental data and the output data of the equivalent electrical model of the DBD load under different excitation waveforms were compared.The results show that under different excitation waveforms,the“voltage-current-time”curves from the equivalent electrical model constructed in this paper are in good agreement with the experimental results.In addition,the discharge current waveforms obtained from the equivalent electrical model and the hydrodynamic model of DBD load are in good agreement.The electrical equivalent model can provide some help for the design and optimization of DBD load power supply.
