基于数据挖掘探讨针灸治疗胃下垂文献的选穴规律

摘　　要：目的通过对针灸治疗胃下垂的文献进行归纳整理,对其选穴规律进行分析,总结针灸治疗胃下垂的选穴规律和治疗思路。方法检索建库起至2020年10月期间中国知网、万方、维普、PubMed等数据库中针灸治疗胃下垂的文献,将筛选出文献的治疗方法、所选穴位、穴位归经、分布及特定穴的应用归纳总结,用Excel表格整理归纳,形成针灸治疗及处方数据库,采用SPSS 23.0统计学软件进行统计分析。结果共筛选出60篇文献,经统计分析,针灸治疗胃下垂所选经穴50个穴位和经外奇穴13个,其中足三里和中脘使用频次最高,达到总频次的10%以上;腧穴的选择以远部与近部配合取穴为主;任脉、胃经穴位使用频次最高;经外奇穴分布部位以腹部为主。结论针灸治疗胃下垂经脉多选取任脉、胃经腧穴,配伍以局部与远端要穴相配为主。Objective To summarize the acupoint selection rules and treatment ideas of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of gastroptosis by summarizing and sorting out the literature on acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of gastroptosis and analyzing the rules of acupoint selection.Methods From the establishment of the database to October 2020,the literatures on acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of gastroptosis in databases such as CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,and PubMed were searched.The application of the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment and prescription database was formed,and the SPSS 23.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.Results A total of 60 literatures were screened.After statistical analysis,50 acupuncture points and 13 extra-meridian points were selected for acupuncture treatment of gastroptosis.Among them,Zusanli and Zhongwan were most frequently used,reaching more than 10%of the total frequency.The selection of acupoints in the distal part and the proximal part is the main choice.The acupoints of the Renmaiand Weijing are most frequently used.The distribution of the extra-meridian acupoints is mainly the abdomen.Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of gastroptosis mainly choose Renmai and Weijing points,and the acupoint compatibility is mainly based on far and near points.
