摘 要:分别在酸、碱性条件下,用有机溶剂将18种滥用药物从尿液中提取,气相色谱质谱法(GC-MS/MS)的MRM模式检测,与对照品比较,以保留时间和离子对相对丰度比进行定性分析,建立了GC-MS/MS同时定性检测人尿液中氯胺酮、美沙酮、哌替啶、可待因、可卡因、巴比妥类、苯丙胺类、苯二氮卓类等18种滥用药物方法。在选定的条件下,能在17 min内快速检测18种滥用药物,检出限在0.06~1.8μg/mL之间。结果表明,该法简单、快速、准确,可用于快速筛查违禁的滥用药物。Eighteen kinds of abused drugs in urine were extracted with organic solvent in the conditions of acidity and alkalinity respectively, and then detected by GC-MS/MS with MRM mode and qualitatively analyzed with the retention times and the ratio of relative abundance ratio of ion pairs compared with standard compounds. A method was established for the simultaneous determination of 18 abused drugs including Ketamine, Methadone, Meperidine, Codeine, Cocaine, and other Barbiturates, Amphetamines, and Benzodiazepines in urine with GC-MS/MS. At the selected chromatographic conditions, 18 kinds of common drugs could get a better separation within 17 min. The lowest detection limit was between 0.06~0.18 μg/mL. This method is simple, rapid, accurate, selective and suitable for fast qualitative detection of abused drugs.
