摘　　要：高效液相色谱(HPLC)是一种通用分析和分离仪器,高效液相色谱法具有的高准确度和高精密度被广泛应用于药品、食品和环境样品的分析。高效液相色谱是实验室的必备之一,为了使高效液相色谱在教学和科研提高其使用效率、充分发挥其价值,加强高效液相色谱仪日常管理维护和常见故障处理是非常必要的。本文对高效液相色谱安全使用和主要组成模块及注意事项日常保养方法进行简明概述。High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)is a general analysis and separation instrument. With its high accuracy and precision, it is widely used in the analysis of pharmaceuticals, food products and environmental samples. HPLC is one of the necessary parts of the laboratory. In order to improve the use efficiency and give full play to its value in teaching and scientific research, it is very necessary to strengthen the daily management and maintenance of HPLC and common troubleshooting. The safe use of high performance liquid chromatography and the main components and precautions of daily maintenance methods were briefly summarized.
