摘　　要：针对当前大学生就业能力评价模糊的问题,通过专家打分法与层次分析法构建大学生就业能力评价指标体系,以期为大学生就业能力的评价衡量提供一个科学的方法。结果表明:(1)求职技巧在大学生就业能力评价中占有最重要地位。(2)专业能力在大学生就业能力评价中占有重要地位。(3)职场基础能力在大学生就业能力评价中占据地位一般,而道德品质的占比最低。另外,提出以下提高大学生就业能力的对策:(1)注重求职技巧,增加就职机会。(2)提高专业素养,关注行业发展。(3)培养职场基础能力,造就优秀品德品质。Aiming at the current vagueness of the evaluation of college students’employ ability,this study constructs the evaluation index system of college students’employ ability through expert scoring method and analytic hierarchy process,in order to provide a scientific method for the evaluation and measurement of college students’employ ability.The results show that:first,job-seeking skills occupy the most important position in the evaluation of college students’employ ability;second,professional ability plays an important role in the evaluation of college students’employ ability;third,the basic ability of the workplace occupies an average position in the evaluation of college students’employ ability,while the proportion of moral quality is the lowest.In addition,the following countermeasures are put forward to improve the employ ability of college students:first,pay attention to job-seeking skills and increase job-seeking opportunities;second,improve professional quality and focus on the industrial development;third,cultivate the basic abilities in the workplace and create excellent moral qualities.
