企业绿色责任、企业行为模式与全要素生产率

摘　　要：本文以2010-2019年能源上市企业数据为例,在构建企业绿色责任绩效评价指标体系的基础上,基于企业行为演化归纳凝练了企业绿色责任行为类型,分析了能源企业绿色责任与全要素生产率之间的作用机理,探究了不同类型的企业绿色责任行为模式对于两者之间的调节作用。结果表明:能源企业绿色责任与全要素生产率间的作用呈倒U型关系,企业绿色责任行为模式对全要素生产率呈正向调节;相较于约束型行为模式,积极的企业绿色责任行为模式对于全要素生产率调节作用更强。This paper takes the data of energy listed enterprises from 2010 to 2019 as an example,based on the construction of corporate green responsibility performance evaluation index system,the behavior types of corporate green responsibility are summarized and condensed based on the evolution of corporate behavior,It analyzes the interaction mechanism between green responsibility and total factor productivity of energy enterprises,and explores the moderating effect of different types of corporate green responsibility behavior patterns on them.The results show that there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between green responsibility and total productivity of energy enterprises,and the behavior pattern of corporate green responsibility positively regulates the total factor productivity;compared with the constrained behavior pattern,positive corporate green responsibility behavior pattern has a stronger moderating effect on total factor productivity.
